Hailey Bunzey

With a decade of experience in New York City real estate, Hailey is a member of the Maroni Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Her experience spans luxury townhouse sales, new development, townhouse conversions, property positioning, marketing, and transaction strategy.

Hailey began her career on the operational and development side of the business, working on the strategy and execution of the team’s transactions. Over the years, her role has expanded across the sales process, from advising on development and market positioning to overseeing marketing, negotiations, and closings. Today, she draws on that experience in representing developers, sellers, and buyers throughout Brooklyn.

Her experience across both development and sales gives her a strong understanding of how properties are positioned, brought to market, and sold, as well as how to guide buyers through the purchase process.

Hailey works across Brooklyn, with particularly strong market knowledge of Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Gowanus, Boerum Hill, and Brooklyn Heights.
