Originally from Nepal, Parish moved to the US with his family in 2000 to earn a degree in

Business Administration at Strayer University in Washington, D.C. After college, he settled

in NYC to pursue his real estate career. Parish’s story enables him to understand his clients'

unique circumstances. This coupled with his expertise in market analysis and positions, and

vast network that includes mortgage lenders, attorneys, architects, interior designers,

Parish is an avid golfer with a single digit handicap and an active billiards/snooker player.

He also has a new-found interest in pickelball. As a huge sports fan, he enjoys watching

sports such as football, basketball, soccer, golf and F1 racing in his off time.
