Lisa Fleisher

Lisa Fleisher brings a unique perspective to her clients and the Keller Team, with more than 20 years of experience investing in real estate, completing full gut renovations and managing properties. She is passionate about finding the right home for her clients and helping them navigate every step of the process with ease. As treasurer of her own co-op, she knows what to look out for when vetting buildings and boards.

Through her previous career as a journalist, Lisa has experience covering real estate and development in the US and internationally. She would dive into market reports and find trends in the statistics to get a sense of which way the market was heading long before the trends took root. 

Lisa's not just a pillar of the Keller Team, she's also a former client. Ray, Red and the team rented out her apartment when she temporarily relocated to Dubai. She was blown away by the team's skill, professionalism and expertise — and, plus, they were just fun people. When she got her real estate license, she knew exactly where she wanted to work: At Brown Harris Stevens, with Ray and the Keller team.

Real estate is in the family: Lisa’s brother is a broker in New Jersey and her mother is a mortgage loan officer and investor. Some of her earliest memories are tagging along with her mom at hardware stores to find just the right fixtures or shades of paint to improve properties. Lisa grew up in New Jersey and went to NYU, living in the Village and Financial District. She spent a decade overseas in London, Tel Aviv and Dubai before settling back on the Upper West Side with husband and two young children.
