Philip Tabor

Philip is a top producer with The Corcoran Group and has continously broken records and achieved high sales numbers and awards over his 16 years in Manhattan real estate. Before moving to Corcoran in 2019, he started and was an integral member of one of the top real estate teams in the city. He is grateful for his many local and global clients who trust him with their most important assets.

Philip enjoys a solid reputation among clients and brokers alike with his core principles of professionalism and integrity. Having represented some of the most sophisticated and demanding sellers, buyers and new development sponsors, he is best known for his sharpened business sense, strong intuition, negotiation skills, honesty and the highest level of discretion. Living in Manhattan for almost 30 years and spending many of those years in the real estate industry has naturally shaped his ability to comfortably guide and represent the most private of individuals through their selling and buying process. He has many international, as well as local, life-long clients and investors in finance, technologies, the arts and many other fields.

Philip is equally adept with re-sales and new development, having been an integral member of the onsite sales team (and record sell out) at Jean Nouvel's 100 11th Avenue in West Chelsea, 10 Madison Square West and, most recently, Director of Sales at Jardim by Isay Weinfeld.
Philip grew up in Palo Alto, CA, during the initial growth of Silicon Valley: navigating real estate has been in his family and top of mind from a young age. He approaches both his work and life with down-to-earth intelligence, passion and humor. Fueled by a love for both contemporary and pre- war architects and architecture, a keen aesthetic sense and the ability to genuinely listen and connect with his clients, Philip offers the best possible experience and financial maximization for both sellers and buyers in the New York City market.

He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of NYRAC (for consumer advocacy and broker ethics in NYC real estate), donates much of his free time to various charitable causes throughout the city and is an avid traveler.
