Wei Hao Kao

Hailing from his native Taiwan, Wei-Hao Kao has covered the world both in travel and in training. Throughout his years of study, Wei-Hao adapted to new places and new people, learning about different cultures and customs along the way. He completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Labor Studies and Relations at the prestigious National Chung Cheng University in Chiayi, Taiwan before pursuing his M.B.A. at the Lubin School of Business in his adopted New York City. Most recently, he served as COO for Peter Thomas Roth Designs, deftly navigating the ins and outs of running a business in the fine jewelry space while guiding and growing the brand. Among Wei-Hao’s most cherished guiding principles is the deeply held belief that there are no clients without relationships. Rather than simply providing a solution to a short-term need, he sees his role more as a friend and family member with whom clients can communicate openly and honestly. As a homeowner himself, he knows that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. Homes are where dreams are realized, where relationships are forged and where everyone takes a special type of break from the day-to-day that life serves up. He has a great gift for matching spaces with individuals, understanding deeper needs with a refreshing intuitive sense that puts people immediately at ease. It’s no wonder that Wei-Hao also cultivates a passion for making art and collecting. (He’s also pretty mean on the dance floor, as numerous brides and grooms can attest.) Working as an independent agent, Wei-Hao combines a keen sensitivity to his clients’ needs with sharp, uncompromising negotiation skills — all in a day’s work. Outside of his professional endeavors, Wei-Hao delights in travel and in sharing meaningful time with those closest to him.
