Min Liu

Min has been involved in around $2 billion in transactions in her 8-year tenure at Corcoran Sunshine New Development Marketing Group, working on site at landmark projects including Hudson Yards and Central Park Tower, where she served as Sales Director. As a highly trusted expert in Manhattan new development and respected sales director, she won numerous awards as well as membership of the Billion Dollar Club at Corcoran Sunshine. She began her real estate career by winning Rookie of the Year at Douglas Elliman in 2014. Described as “the consummate professional", she’s recently transitioned from Corcoran Sunshine onsite sales to the Corcoran Group, working with individual clients as well as developers. She’s also an art advisor to her real estate clients. Min holds a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. from Peking University in China.
