Amanda Werner

As New Development Leasing Account Manager at REAL New York, Amanda supports new development residential projects from early planning through construction, launch, and lease-up, working closely with developer partners, marketing teams, and agents to oversee inventory, transaction status, and reporting, keeping every project on track from pre-launch through closing.

Originally from Westfield, New Jersey, Amanda studied Business Management with a minor in Professional Selling and Sales Management at the University of Delaware. She graduated from college a year early, eager to start her career in New York City real estate after falling in love with the industry and the high, fast-paced energy of the city. She began her career at The Masters Division of Nest Seekers International in new development operations, where she managed activity across more than 25 buildings and over $315 million in sellout value throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, building the reporting, tracking, and listing systems that kept sales and leasing teams aligned with developers from early planning through sellout.

When she's not deep in a spreadsheet or coordinating a launch, Amanda can be found lifting weights at the gym, exploring different neighborhoods in Manhattan, or spending time with family and friends. A licensed real estate salesperson with a sharp eye for detail, she leads with operational precision on every project supporting REAL New York's growing new-development platform.
