Having grown up around real estate through his family, Ross developed an early understanding of the market that complements his professional experience. Prior to real estate, he built a successful career in finance, including 13 years at MidOcean Partners, a premier private equity and credit firm. He played a key role in raising multiple private equity funds and helped grow the credit business from $450 million to nearly $8 billion in assets. He began his career in investment banking at Jefferies, gaining valuable experience in capital markets and deal execution. His strong analytical background provides a distinctive perspective on property values, market trends, and investment potential—allowing clients to make well-informed decisions.

A Boston College graduate, Ross combines professional acumen with a genuine passion for New York City. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing golf, and following the city’s sports teams.
