Fernell is proud to be part of the team at REAL New York. He is originally from Houston, Texas and moved to New York City in 2016. Fernell built his first career on Broadway, where he learned the value of discipline, connection, and attention to detail. 

Today, he brings that same professionalism and people-first approach to real estate in New York City. Known for his calm demeanor and strong communication skills, Fernell is dedicated to helping clients navigate every step of the process with confidence and clarity. 

Since moving to New York City, Fernell has lived in neighborhoods all across Manhattan, gaining first hand insight into what makes each area of the city special.
