With a background spanning hospitality, operations, and the performing arts, he brings a natural ability to anticipate needs, build trust, and create a smooth, rewarding experience in every interaction. His goal is to make each real estate journey not only successful, but genuinely enjoyable and stress-free from beginning to end.

Before transitioning into real estate, Dillon managed operations for a prominent New York City nonprofit supporting Broadway-bound productions, where he coordinated logistics for large creative teams and high-profile clients. He also played a key role in launching a sustainable luxury fashion brand featured in New York Fashion Week, gaining hands-on experience in brand development, vendor relations, and client engagement. These diverse experiences sharpened his ability to manage complex details with professionalism and care - qualities that now define his work as an agent.
