As a proud New Yorker with a passionate interest in the real estate industry. Coming from Ecuador at the age of 4 and getting raised in Queens allows me to have full knowledge of this area. After graduating from Queens Vocational & Technical HS, Andres took on a career as an electrician in which he excelled on in both personal and professional matter. Every project he took on was completed to the best of his ability which allowed him to quickly make himself as the top mechanic in any company Andres was in. This has helped Andres become a problem solver, a great listener and someone who influenced others to excel. Raised in a hispanic household allowed Andres to be fluent in both Spanish and English. Playing soccer and being in a soccer team has made Andres value the importance of being part of a team and how important it is to grow together to reach their goals. Being part of The Padro Team with Signature Premier Properties allows him to have access to his team’s knowledge, experience and most important their support. Andres recognize and value the trust that Andres’ clients place on him and Andres strive to exceed those expectations.
