Raised in New York City, Julian grew up immersed in the townhouse market. As the son of Vandenberg founder and principal broker, Dexter Guerrieri, Julian brings both deep-rooted knowledge of New York real estate and a fresh, modern perspective to the family business.

Over the past five years at Vandenberg, Julian has been hands-on in nearly every part of the seller-side process. From pre-listing preparation, floor plans, photography, staging, to buyer showings, inspections, and agent outreach, he ensures every detail is handled with care. He also brings creativity to the marketing side, producing photo and video content and collaborating on viral reels that showcase the unique character of Vandenberg’s exclusive townhouse listings.

Julian’s background in vocal performance and theater lends him a natural ease with people, qualities that serve clients throughout the sales process. Outside of real estate, he is passionate about endurance sports—especially hiking, running, and rowing—which fuel his discipline and focus.
