Over the past four years alone, I’ve overseen the lease-up and ongoing vacancy management of approximately 2,000 units, averaging 30–40 leases per month across new development projects in the South Bronx and pre-war/post-war portfolios throughout Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

My expertise goes beyond filling apartments. I focus on absorption pacing, concession strategy, and data-driven reporting to ensure leasing velocity stays aligned with pro forma while preserving long-term rent roll integrity. I also build and lead high-performance leasing teams and design repeatable systems that improve efficiency at scale.
