David Gradzki

Having grown up and worked in New York City, David Gradzki brings a strong understanding of the city’s pace, people, and neighborhoods. Drawn to roles that require structure, communication, and responsibility, real estate became a natural next step.

Before transitioning into real estate, he worked as the Assistant to the Principal at a Polish Saturday supplementary school in Brooklyn—a school he personally attended growing up. Operating at the center of a busy community and working closely with administration and families strengthened his ability to manage details, multitask effectively, and remain reliable in fast-moving situations.

David is currently majoring in Real Estate at Baruch College, where he continues to build a strong foundation in market analysis, finance, and real estate operations that directly support his work with clients. Fully dedicated to his real estate practice, he maintains the flexibility and availability needed to guide clients through every stage of the process.

His approach is practical and modern, shaped by experience in marketing. Clear communication and attention to detail help ensure a smooth, well-managed experience from start to finish.
