I’m the founder of Botway, a data-driven leasing system built to replace fragmented brokerage workflows with a structured, performance-oriented operating model. Automated lead response and scheduling compress the leasing cycle, while standardized communication, full audit trails, and centralized data reduce operational and regulatory risk.

My work is focused on execution at scale. I partner directly with owners and operators to run leasing, inform pricing strategy, and advise on pre-development and lease-up decisions where speed, consistency, and information quality materially impact returns.
