Matthew Zaretzky

Matt is a New York–based real estate professional focused on high-end residential markets in New York City and the Hamptons. Working within Compass’ Family Office Division, Matt supports high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and referral partners with buying, selling, and long-term real estate strategy.

Born and raised in Briarcliff Manor, NY, Matt graduated from Briarcliff High School in 2021 and earned a degree in Real Estate from Syracuse University in 2025. He began working in the Hamptons luxury market while still in college, interning with the Hudson Advisory Team during his junior and senior years. That experience led to a full-time role with Family Office Division, where Matt now works across New York City and the Hamptons.
