Liv Rothschild

Born in London and raised on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Liv developed an early appreciation for culture, architecture, and design. She earned her bachelor’s degree in the History of Art and Architecture from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2018, laying the groundwork for her career in high-end real estate. 

Liv began her professional journey at Sotheby’s International Realty in Montecito, where she spent three years supporting one of the region’s top-producing agents. During this time, she contributed to 40+ luxury transactions totaling over $175 million in sales and played a key role in the team’s continued #1 ranking in Santa Barbara and Montecito from 2022 through 2024. Her experience strengthened her expertise in operations, client service, and transaction management at the highest level. 

In 2025, Liv returned to her roots in New York City, joining the Falleroni Team in 2026.
