Danielle Evar is a key member of The Kirsten Jordan Team, a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the New York City real estate market. Danielle’s love for real estate started early. She spent Sundays dragging her parents to open houses, captivated by architecture, layouts, and the way a home could tell a story. That early passion only deepened over time. After graduating summa cum laude from Hunter College with a degree in Psychology, she accepted a temporary role at a top real estate firm, where she quickly realized this industry was where she belonged. She later joined The Kirsten Jordan Team in an operations capacity, where she developed a strong understanding of the inner workings of the business. That experience now directly informs her work as a salesperson.

Previously, Danielle held internships and worked in some of New York City’s most bustling restaurants. These experiences sharpened her communication skills, adaptability, and client-first mindset, all of which she brings into her real estate practice today.

Originally from Bergen County, Danielle spent weekends exploring New York City and always knew she would one day call it home. Now based in Manhattan, she brings that lifelong connection to the city into her work, approaching every client and transaction with focus, care, and a genuine appreciation for what makes New York real estate so unique. When she’s not working, she enjoys trying new workout classes and exploring the city’s restaurant scene.
