Jeremy grew up in New York City and has lived in Astoria for over a decade, giving him firsthand knowledge of the neighborhood’s character, housing landscape, and vibrant community. He also has lifelong familiarity with Manhattan and the broader cultural core of the city. What he loves most about NYC is its extraordinary diversity in people, neighborhoods, cuisine, and especially its arts ecosystem.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jeremy built a distinguished career as a music director, conductor, arranger, and pianist, with experience spanning Broadway national tours, off Broadway premieres, regional theater, and international performances. He earned his BA in Music from CUNY City College and a Master’s degree in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. His work required coordinating large teams, interpreting complex material, managing firm deadlines, negotiating competing priorities, and delivering high level results under pressure.
