Christina has over 16 years of experience and more than $470 million in residential sales. She brings seasoned leadership, strategic clarity, and unwavering dedication to every client relationship.

Throughout her career, Christina has represented buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, investors, and developers across New York City and Long Island. She has worked closely with prominent development groups including Hudson Equities, Shuster Management, Procida Companies, Kaufman Astoria Studios, Paramount, and IMPEX Builders, and has successfully closed out major new development projects such as The Murano, Five27, The MARX, Core23, and Makers Row. Her combined expertise in resales and new development allows her to guide clients with a comprehensive, well-informed perspective.

Christina resided in Queens for over 17 years, having lived in Astoria, Sunnyside Gardens, and Long Island City. She is deeply connected to these neighborhoods and possesses an intimate understanding of their ongoing development, cultural growth, and investment landscape. She currently lives in Port Washington North with her partner, their daughter, and their two dogs. 

She is a duly licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Florida and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
