Jeffrey Carlson

Jeffrey Carlson is an accomplished real estate professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the New York City market. After arriving in NYC in 2002 without a job or network, Jeffrey jumped into real estate in 2004, co-founding Platinum Properties in 2005. He helped the firm grow from four to 70 agents by capitalizing on the post-9/11 resurgence of the Financial District. In 2010, he launched his own brokerage, Home New York (HNY), growing it to 30 agents before closing in 2015.

Jeffrey went on to serve as Sales Director at Town, where he played a key role in leading brokerage operations before the firm’s closure in 2019. He then joined Argo, a legacy family-owned real estate firm in New York City, as Sales and Leasing Director, overseeing brokerage activity and contributing to the performance of a large, privately held portfolio. Across his career, Jeffrey has managed and transacted over $2 billion in real estate, consistently driving value through strategic leasing, repositioning, and operational improvements.

Today, Jeffrey is the owner and operator of Milton House Management, a property management firm focused on overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets. His experience spans single-family townhomes, multi-family rental buildings with both free market and rent-stabilized units, and commercial properties leased to some of the largest tenants in the country. His approach is grounded in hands-on management, disciplined execution, and a clear focus on increasing asset value over time.
