Having lived and explored New York City extensively, from growing up in New Jersey and visiting frequently to living on the Lower East Side and now in Brooklyn, Matt has developed a strong network and understanding of the city’s neighborhoods. His background in sales at a Midtown hotel refined his skills in relationship-building, communication, and attention to client needs.

Matt connects with clients through thoughtful questions, consistent communication, and in-person meetings, bringing a positive and engaged approach to every interaction. Outside of his role, Matt enjoys snowboarding, theatre, Broadway shows, and dance classes. He also enjoys cooking, including making his own pickled jalapeños at home.
