Catherine is known for her expertise in the Manhattan residential market, representing sellers and buyers since 2007. Also, her successful commercial transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn make her an expert in multi-family properties, development sites, hotels, warehouses, and other commercial properties. Catherine not only offers an unparalleled knowledge of real estate, but she also understands the unique challenges in a changing market. She is a trusted advisor to a few Manhattan developers. As a former marketing executive for a major international luxury brand, Catherine is an expert in branding and creating diversified marketing strategies for consumer products and real estate. She is tech-savvy and has an in-depth knowledge of residential loan underwriting and asset management. Catherine has been a Manhattan resident for more than two decades. She holds a Master's Degree from NYU. Catherine has traveled widely worldwide and worked as a curator of a Manhattan art gallery and two Chinese film festivals. From 1999 to 2014 Catherine taught Business Chinese/Chinese at Baruch College.
