Justino Johnson

I’m a New York City real estate agent born and raised in Manhattan, with a lifelong background in the arts and visual storytelling. My experience in animation, illustration, and design has shaped the way I see people, spaces, and the stories that connect them. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or renters, I bring a creative perspective, strong communication skills, and a deep appreciation for the character and energy that make every property unique.

Growing up in New York City exposed me to an incredible diversity of people, neighborhoods, and experiences, giving me a firsthand understanding of what makes each community special. My work in the arts taught me how to listen, collaborate, and help others bring their vision to life—skills that continue to guide my approach to real estate.

Outside of real estate, I remain active in animation and enjoy painting miniature models. Animation has strengthened my ability to think creatively, communicate ideas clearly, and appreciate the power of storytelling, while miniature painting has cultivated patience, precision, and a keen attention to detail. Together, these pursuits have shaped the thoughtful and detail-oriented approach I bring to every client relationship.

At heart, I’ve always been drawn to the people, places, and experiences that shape our lives. Real estate allows me to combine that passion with meaningful client relationships, helping individuals and families find opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.
