Brian brings a sharp analytical edge to real estate, honed through a career in corporate development and strategy. A CFA charterholder, he spent 5 years leading M&A transactions and shaping corporate strategy, developing a rigorous approach to negotiation, deal structuring, and financial analysis. That foundation was built on firsthand exposure to real estate itself: Brian grew up closely involved in his family's real estate investments, gaining an early, practical understanding of property value, market timing, and long-term investment strategy.

Outside of work, Brian is an avid chess player, always thinking several moves ahead, along with a love of tennis and hiking that reflects a drive for both competition and clarity of mind.
