Since 2015, she has built her career in New York real estate at Douglas Elliman, Corcoran, and now Compass, and she has worked alongside Randy Baruh for years. She knows how deals come together, and her calm, organized approach keeps every step clear for her buyers, from the first showing to the day they get their keys.

Aiste studied Business Administration and has a strong background in marketing and business strategy, which gives her a sharp eye for value and a smart way of positioning her clients. She loves new technology, AI included, and uses the latest tools to move quickly and stay a step ahead. Originally from Lithuania, she speaks English, Lithuanian, Spanish, and Russian. When she’s not working, you’ll find her baking, at an art show, catching a movie, or at a concert.
