There are six subways lines nearby (F, E, M, R, and 7 local and express & the LIRR on 61st and Roosevelt) and it’s five minutes away from the Woodside station on the LIRR. Midtown Manhattan is 20 minutes away, and the Brooklyn Queens Expressway is one minute’s drive from the front door. The apartments are generally small, but they are well-maintained. There is a live-in Super; large and clean laundry facilities; on-site parking (there’s a waiting list) and storage lockers (also a waiting list) are available. It’s a very nice Queens cooperative, and an excellent Manhattan alternative
