The apartment is on the 12th floor (unit 1204) so has beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty from the living room, bedrooms and one of the balconies. The sunsets are phenomenal with the colors over the Hudson and the harbor. The condo owners also thought of a ton of small details such as special childproof safety locks for the very heavy balcony sliding glass doors, custom automatic (blackout in bedrooms!) shades in each room, separately controlled air conditioning units in each individual bedroom and living room, custom shelving in all closets including a large entryway closet for storage, a built in speaker system, TVs in the bathrooms and a jacuzzi bathtub in the kids bathroom with lights that change colors to make bathtime extra fun.

We absolutely love our apartment and building and after quarantining there all Spring during covid we realized just how lucky we were to be in our space and building because the building handled it incredibly well and our balconies and view made everything less claustrophobic and enjoyable.
