This is a two bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom apartment that is defined through its cabinetry to provide for a resident’s collection of design objects.

Specially sourced materials have brought the apartment’s features to life. The kitchen is open concept which features; solid honed marble slabs that make up the counter-tops and backsplash, stainless steel modern appliances, and a perforated ceiling for acoustic absorption. Diagonally cut oak floors spread throughout which follow the lighting system to create loft like rooms with individual character.

The apartment features two and a half materially monolithic bathrooms. The powder room has been laid with floor to ceiling engineered stone, known as Marmoreal. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located outside of the second bedroom and features a tub and specially sourced ceramic tiles. The master bathroom is custom and has a five-point fixture setup; completely surrounded with honed full-slab marble. Each of the rooms have been equipped with a Nest climate control system for optimal comfort.
