My wife and I are renting our beautifully spacious 1 BR apt in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx. The building is located only 1 block from Country Club Road, within 5 minutes walking distance from Pelham Bay Park, and minutes to Orchard Beach. This is truly a small oasis in a very pristine part of the Bronx.

The building offers its own unique charm, with renovations to the general structure, elevator, laundry room, and storage facility occurring in the last few months.
