The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a marble topped counter on a stainless steel base with turned mahogany legs. An extraordinary freestanding Maretti stainless steel staircase with clear glass railing leads to a balcony and private level Master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet, two additional closets and en suite 17’ wide windowed Master bath. Within its soothing gray/green granite walls and floor is the wet room with a claw foot freestanding tub and a customized standing shower. The Shagreen veneered double vanity features translucent glass sinks and a Pietra Bedonia sandstone top. The residence’s lower level has a second bedroom with bathroom including a combination tub and shower, Corian topped lime-rubbed oak vanity with custom nickel plated fixtures and travertine marble floors and walls with back painted glass panels. The third bedroom features 3 large double closets and an elegant bathroom with waterfall shower, alternating porcelain Xilo walls, limestone floor and lacquered vanity with a vessel sink.
