This location is very accessible, with the 1 train and express 2 and 3 lines right at Broadway and 93rd St. The M104 bus on Broadway, the #7 and 11 buses also stop nearby, and the second uptown express train stop from here is on 116th and Lenox, near an excellent (and reasonably priced) indoor parking garage. Cross-town travel, too, is nearby. Close to both Riverside and Central Park, shopping and restaurants, you will hardly have to leave the neighborhood. Owner is the Broker.
