The loft is located in one of the most vibrant and creative neighborhoods in the world: Interesting chefs, craft coffee roasters, live music, film screenings and galleries within a few blocks. but inside the apartment, it feels spacious and quiet. I am a painter and have used this space as a live/work space for many years, so I keep it open and uncomplicated. This loft space is also perfect for a couple because of the open layout, or for the individual who wants to feel spacious.
The apartment is fully furnished with linens, pillows and towels provided, as well as cookware. There is a standard bed, a sleeper couch and a queen sized air mattress if you have guests. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor of the building. The heat works well. street parking is possible. And you are welcome to use my bicycle. There is also an elevator.

The location is convenient for access to the city: you are close to the L train at the Bedford Avenue stop. Also, close to the Marcy stop on the JZ train. and, if you bike or walk, you are close to the footbridge of the Williamsburg Bridge which takes you right over into the Lower East Side of Manhattan
