RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a lease reassignment so all interested applicants will need to submit an application to the management company. There is no broker’s fee, just a fee to apply to the apartment ($25 per person). You will have to show standard documentation when you apply (paystubs, bank statements, tax returns or letter of employment).

First month’s rent and a security deposit are required at the time of lease signing.

The lease reassignment is through August 15th, 2017 but you will have the option to sign for an additional year at the current rent if you wish to stay past August.
