Verizon FIOS wiring is a nice perk, as well as ADT security system. The master bedroom has a customized 13 foot long California Closet, and the den can be easily used as a nursery, at home office, or guest room. The property is pet friendly, on a case by case basis.

THE LOCATION: This condominium is nested between timeless Brownstones, surrounded by lots of greenery and tall trees.
