Rental application will ask for the following information:
1. Copy of a government issued ID ( Passport or Drivers License )
2. Two most recent pay stubs.
3. Proof of current address ( utility bill )
4. 1040 Federal Income Tax Forms showing income for the past year, including all W-2s and 1099s.
5. Six most recent rent receipts or cancelled checks or notarizes letter from landlord confirming tenant resides in the apartment and current rent.
6. Social security card.
