There is no broker’s fee associated with this rental. The tenant will not pay a broker’s fee.

The rental price is $3,200 per month.
Plus one month’s deposit of $3,200 at lease signing.

Additionally, the owner would consider a two year lease.
Lease terms as follows-
First year – $3,200 per month
Second year – $3,400 per month
Security deposit – $3,200 for both years

Please let me know if you would like to be considered for a one year or two year lease.

The owner wants an August 1, 2025 lease commencement date.
If you need an apartment for a later commencement date, this apartment isn’t for you.
There is a condo board approval process that can take time.

The lease application and move in fees associated with the lease process at the Princeton House are as follows.
These fees are set by property management and the condo board and are not negotiable.

$350 – Application Processing Fee (non-refundable)
$250 – Building Processing Fee (non-refundable)
$50 – Credit Report (per person & non-refundable)
$500 – Move-in Deposit (refundable)
$600 – Move-in Fee (non-refundable)

We will be conducting two open houses this week and this weekend.

Open House dates and times are as follows.
Thursday, July 10th – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Sunday, July 13th – 1:00pm to 3:00pm
