Lease terms as follows-
First year – $3,200 per month
Second year – $3,400 per month
Security deposit – $3,200 for both years

The owner wants an August 1, 2025 lease commencement date.

There is a condo board approval process that can take time.

The lease application and move in fees associated with the lease process at the Princeton House are as follows.

$50 – Credit Report (per person & non-refundable)
$500 – Move-in Deposit (refundable)
$600 – Move-in Fee (non-refundable)

We will be conducting two open houses this week and this weekend.

Open House dates and times are as follows.
Thursday, July 10th – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Sunday, July 13th – 1:00pm to 3:00pm
