Finishes are top-tier throughout, including a Sub-Zero stainless steel refrigerator, a Bertazzoni 6-burner gas range and oven, Lefroy Brooks fixtures, radiant-heated marble bathroom floors, zoned climate control, motorized shades and curtains, and a Miele front-loading washer and dryer.
Residents are welcomed by a renovated lobby with mosaic marble floors and a custom chandelier, with weekday doorman service from 8am to 8pm, bicycle storage, and a landscaped roof deck offering southern, eastern, and western exposures. The restored facade, oversized windows, and original cast-iron and wood columns preserve the building’s 19th-century heritage.
