The online application and credit check on behalf of the Landlord is $20 per applicant/adult applicant/adult payable by the Tenant.

If the Tenant is approved by the Landlord based on the above application and credit check, at Lease signing first month Rent and one month Security are payable by the Tenant with bank checks (not personal).

A Condominium Board package is required and the following one-time 400 CPW Condominium lease fees are payable by the Tenant with submission of the Board package:

-Move-In Deposit (Refundable) $750

-Digital submission fee $65
