Electricity, Cooking Gas, Heat and Hot Water are included in the rent so no need for a Con Edison account.
You pay for your own internet/cable tv.
During the summer months, there is a monthly $35 A/C fee while your air conditioner is in the window.
You purchase your own A/C unit. We install it for you in the Spring and remove it for you before the heating season.
When your A/C is removed from the window, the monthly fee stops.

Modern kitchenette with under the counter fridge and gas stove.
Ceiling fan and hard wood floors complete the old world charm.

No dogs because of severe allergies, but one cat is okay.

Fantastic neighborhood for shopping and dining. Only two minutes to
Fairway, Citerella on Broadway and 75th Street, with Trader Joe’s at 72nd, and Zabar’s at 80th St.

Also, it’s an easy commute to midtown or local universities with the express subway stop on 72nd St.

Lovely Riverside Park is half a block away.
