Broken Lease Priced Under Market Value Luxury HUGE Alcove Studio at MIMA Luxury Apartments

I lived in this amazing alcove studio for 4 1/2 years (see pictures – yes that is my ACTUAL apartment with my furnishings) and I was so sad to leave (had to relocate due to unforeseen events).

I’m looking for someone to take over my broken lease – since I lived in the building for so many years my rent is priced hundreds of dollars LOWER per month than the other studios available in the building. Also, my unit is on a floor that has higher ceilings than the other floors in the building and it’s the largest alcove studio layout in the building. The regular studios (without an alcove) have been renting in my building for $3800-$3900 a month

The apartment is 575 sqft and has TONS of closet space. I worked in fashion for 10 years and half the reason I fell in love with this studio is because I have never seen such amazing closet space in a NYC apartment. There’s a walk-in closet by the front door, a linen closet in the bathroom and then there’s a HUGE walk-in closet with 4 hanging racks and floor-to-ceiling shelving on one wall. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, tons of storage space, and opens up into the living room. You can fit 2-3 large bar stools at the kitchen counter which I found to be really nice when entertaining friends. There’s floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space + alcove, and you have veiws of all of downtown (Empire State Building, Freedom Tower and river views). Also the apartment faces South so it’s always nice and bright. :)

The building is a full-service 24 hour doorman/concierge building – Mima by Related Rentals (same builder as Hudson Yards). The staff is great and really tries to fulfill your every need. There’s a beautiful amenities space (multiple floors) including terraces, an outdoor/indoor movie theater, basket ball courts, yoga studio, business center, game room, party room, lounge and private Equinox gym for residents only which you can join at an additional fee. If you have a pet there’s a Dog City daycare center which you can also use at an additional fee.
