With more than two decades of professional real estate experience, Richard Sackmann has a proven track record in luxury sales, leasing, and property management, having closed more than $285 million in total sales. He is the founder of Harbor Properties International LLC. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Richard began his career in East Hampton, NY, managing and selling beachfront co-op properties for Dune Management Company. After relocating to New York City, he leased more than 1,000 luxury apartments for the Brodsky Organization, one of the city's largest landlords. In 2007, Richard broke into new development sales with The Visionaire in Battery Park City, developed by the Albanese Organization and Starwood Capital. Following that success, he helped launch sales for 50 West Street in Lower Manhattan, developed by Time Equities. In 2017, Richard launched Harbor Properties International LLC, with a focus on helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants navigate luxury sales and rentals in New York City. He has since expanded into the Nashville market, where he has taken on an exclusive sales assignment at Modernest WeHo, a 129-residence new development condominium community in the rapidly emerging Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.
