A native of Westchester New York, Samantha has lived in New York City for over 23 years, changing career paths in the 90s, dancing with The Joffrey Ballet School for Real Estate in New York, where she quickly soared to Director of Residential Sales for a boutique firm in Soho, specializing in Tribeca, Soho and Nolita. Joined Douglas Elliman in 2002 to work with The Top-ranking team in the company, where she expanded her knowledge to the rest of New York, including Brooklyn, where she now resides. She was invited to work on a New Development on the Upper West Side, where she quickly became the Sales Director, working closely with the Project Manager, gaining the knowledge, tools and experience to handle any development project from inception to completion. Taking on several New Development projects including Sales Director on Downtown Brooklyn's pioneer luxury hi-rise condominium.
