Experienced RE Finance & Brokerage professional. I am currently employed by the largest provider of commercial (multifamily) and residential financing in the United States. I have no role in residential financing. In my free time, I handle a few, select residential (only) real estate transactions for discerning owners, renters, buyers and sellers under my own shingle, New Amsterdam Brokerage....a handful each year. I started the latter to benefit clients who'd had non-optimal, lackluster and downright horrible experiences with brokers in the past as I too have had them...on both the commercial and residential sides of the business. Some brokers have forgotten client satisfaction in their end commission goal, others are less qualified and have too narrow a skill set to provide a multifaceted & robust experience for the customer.
