"There has to be a better way." As a first-time buyer in 2016 (and then simultaneously as a seller and purchaser again soon after) I learned firsthand how complex, stressful, and time-consuming a real estate transaction in NYC can be, and I kept thinking that phrase to myself throughout each deal. After 5+ years working in this career now, the one thing I can confidently say is that people matter more than the properties themselves. You can "live" anywhere, but I'm focused on finding you a *home*, a truly amazing place to make your own where you can enjoy the next chapter in your unique life. As a born and bred New Yorker, there is little about this amazing city I haven't seen, done or experienced myself. While my wife and our rescue coonhound Jack currently live in a wonderful UES co-op, we also owned prior in both Queens (a co-op) and Brooklyn (condo), and we were also landlords for 2 years for the condo as well. Drawing on these personal experiences, I treat each deal as if it were my own - because I know all-too-well what it takes to get through them. And with over 100 closed purchase/sale deals in just a half decade as an agent, I would hope my track record of success (and the subsequent glowing reviews) speak for themselves!

Before my time in real estate, you could find me filming and photographing live music for over a dozen years in downtown music venues, selling beer and food at baseball stadiums during the summer for 20+ years, working for a running company at their races from '16-'21, and curating/hosting a monthly charity concert series at the world-famous Bitter End on Bleecker Street since 2010 (which is thankfully still ongoing, although less frequently nowadays.) 

Outside of work, you can still find me enjoying live music at the same venues I used to film at and attending Mets games often - but only as a fan now at both; relaxing with Jack at the dog run in Carl Schurz park, or running in Central Park, as I train for my 19th consecutive (!!!) NYC Marathon.
