I am originally from Edison New Jersey, attended St. Josephs HS in Metuchen and Rutgers University.

I have formal training in architectural studies at The Institute of Design and Construction in Brooklyn NYC. I have extensive experience with apartment interiors having run such a business for many years in NYC. Some of those projects brought me to Tudor City where I purchased my first apartment in 1987 in Windsor Tower where I currently reside.

The property remodeling client relationships formed the basis of "Steven Corcoran Real Estate". "TudorCity.com" was created with an eye to the most effective destination for internet marketing.

Over the years I've gained a perspective and appreciation for the sometimes trying nature of property searches and renovations.

An affinity for Architecture and Interiors and the personal nature of homes are what I bring to my real estate brokerage. I have 25 years of experience in Real Estate sales and marketing.
