With over 20 years of experience in New York City, Spencer brings a unique edge to real estate as both a licensed agent and a seasoned general contractor. Originally from Atlantic Beach, NY, and a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance, he blends sharp investment insight with deep construction knowledge to help clients make smart, informed decisions.

Spencer has managed and built projects across Manhattan, Long Island, and South Florida, including residential, commercial, retail, medical, and food & beverage spaces. His hands-on experience means he can assess a property’s true potential, whether it’s identifying renovation opportunities in a prewar apartment or evaluating structural quality in a newer build.

His familiarity with the NYC Department of Buildings and Manhattan co-op board processes allows him to simplify complex regulations and help clients confidently navigate renovations and purchases. Spencer regularly provides detailed construction estimates and guides clients through the entire process, from identifying a property's upside to executing the work.
