With a background in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wesleyan College, Swati built a successful career in information technology and banking, holding senior roles across India, London, Istanbul, and Singapore. This global perspective, paired with sharp analytical skills, gives her a unique edge—particularly when working with international clients relocating to New York or investors seeking clarity in a complex market.

Swati is known for her calm, focused approach and for giving 100% to every client, regardless of transaction size. She assembles and manages a trusted network of professionals—attorneys, mortgage brokers, stagers, contractors, property managers, and tax advisors—to ensure a seamless and efficient experience from start to finish.

After relocating from Singapore two decades ago, Swati and her family settled on the Upper East Side, where she continues to live. As a longtime local, she offers deep insight into the neighborhood and broader Manhattan market. She also understands firsthand the NYC school system, having guided her daughter through public school and into a competitive gifted program—experience she gladly shares with clients navigating the same path.

Outside of work, Swati is an enthusiastic home cook and entertainer. She earned a diploma in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education and is active in several local clubs and community groups. She also finds joy in connecting with nature and spends her spare time exploring botanical gardens, arboretums, and moderate hiking trails both in and outside of New York—and wherever her travels take her around the world.
