I still see the price as $1,156,000, when will they show the special pricing? Maybe it is a typo, the new special begins "after 4/30/09" not "until"

It's 19% less than the original price.
It faces an old factory with no view, and costs twice as much per month as the rentals across the street, even with the tax abatement.
So do they raise it back up to the original price on 5/1?

saw them all. the last 5 units are all kind of lame. the 2 bedrooms are so small they are unworkable. the 3 bedrooms are ok but the view is such a killer. you stare right into that awful 21 chelsea dorm looking building in the front and the back is right up against some other buildings back windows. the prices listed are the discounted pricing already. once that level is set they can't go raising them in this market so i wouldn't expect the april 30th date to mean anything. they need to move on to the hudson hill building which they are going to have an incredibly hard time selling since it faces the driveway for the emergency room at roosevelt hospital. alchemy did not pick the best locations.
