It's now a year since one of the developers kicked. How long can the survivor carry this? She can't have *that* much money....

I went to the public open house last week. Broker was brutally honest about where prices at the building will end up. I thought the penthouse was beautiful, the 2bdrm was small, and I wouldn't pay $3m for the 1st fl.

Gorgeous inside, they spent lots of cash. My guess is they'll have all 3 sold shortly. And by shortly I mean 2012.

Sold for 19.5M. A great deal for the lucky buyer, your own garage and staff quarters, and that incredible rooftop garden.
